We have designed and built various test / certification equipment from the leak testing of large gate type water valves, to the testing & certification of helicopter transmission oil jets as shown below.

A major helicopter builder contracted Midstates to design & build a helicopter transmission oil jet test & certification machine. The machine certified the transmission oil jets for target & volume of 260 degree pre-heated oil. The oil jet target cylinder volume was checked by a sonar sensing device due to the 260 degree oil. The test / certification machine included a computer system/ data collecting wonder ware software along with various oil jet programs & technical qualification requirements.
